If you want to become a member of the Holy Church Of The Quest For The Holy Grail, there are new forms for you to download. All applications after January 1, 2005 have to be made on the new form. You can download the form here:

The Church expands in Africa!
In 2005 the Holy Church Of The Quest For The Holy Grail will establish a presence in the western part of Africa. To get started, we have planned to gain as many new members in Nigeria as possible and spread the word of the Holy Gospel from there. To reach this goal fast, every new member from Nigeria gets a signup bonus of US$ 1,000 when we receive the application.
Please note the following modalities when submitting filled forms to us:
- Download and print the form on a color printer
- Fill out the form by hand, not on the screen.
- Scan the filled form in color with a size of at least 1024 pixels wide
- On the membership application, do not forget to attach your photograph before scanning
